We also offer an online client portal to provide secure access to information about your case using your computer, tablet, or smartphone, 24 hours a day.

C. TODD SMITH

Attorney & Founder

I grew up in the Apopka area and graduated from the Cumberland School of Law in 1994. I am an active member of the Florida Justice Association, American Association for Justice, Orange County Bar Association, and a past Guardian Ad Litem volunteer for the Orlando Legal Aid Society.

I am also passionate about serving the firm’s clients and serving the community. I most recently served as Governor of the Florida District of Kiwanis, an international volunteer service organization whose mission is to improve the world, one child and one community at a time. When I’m not working or volunteering, I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, playing golf, and listening to music.

 

CATIE SATTERWHITE

Client Service Manager

Catie joined the firm in 2007 after working in the design and fashion industries in her early professional years. She graduated from Hollins University in Virginia receiving her BA in Art History and French.

While being a native of North Carolina, she grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia, studied abroad in Paris, and moved to New York after college. Catie has lived in Orlando since 2004 and calls it home.

 

KRISTINE PALKOWETZ

Marketing Coordinator

Kristine Palkowetz is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Seattle. She came to Florida in 2008 and spent several years as a Sales and Marketing Director for Disney’s 3^rd party Operating Participants. For a short time, Kristine ran her own food-based company, Welli Productions, which focused on workplace wellness and event programming. Kristine joined the C. Todd Smith Law in 2020 as the Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator and absolutely LOVES the work she does and the company team she is a part of. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, or playing around in the kitchen.
